16 tiles in hand
win on a 17th tile that completes five sets plus a pair.
No minimum
any complete hand can declare a win.
Flowers are bonus tiles
set them aside and draw a replacement; they score extra tai.
The dealer scores an extra tai on any win
with the dealer-streak option on, a winning dealer keeps the deal.
Claim priority
WinKongPungChow
Win beats Pung/Kong beats Chow — a higher claim takes the discard even if declared later.
Chow only from the player before you; Pung, Kong and Win from anyone.
Payouts — who pays what
10 + 2 × tai
- Self-draw: every opponent pays you.
- Win by discard: the discarder pays.
